1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mirage Lumen mobile application and related services provided by Mirage Interactive Ltd, registered in Scotland (Company No. SC794383).
By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Mirage Lumen is
Mirage Lumen is a mobile clinical note assistant. It converts voice recordings made after dental appointments into structured draft clinical notes. It is designed for individual use by qualified dental clinicians.
Mirage Lumen is a drafting tool. It is not a practice management system, not a clinical decision support tool, and not a diagnostic aid. It does not make clinical decisions, interpret clinical findings, or advise on treatment.
3. Who may use the app
Mirage Lumen is intended for use by qualified dental clinicians. By using the app, you confirm that you are a qualified dental professional and that you will use it only in connection with your own clinical work.

- The accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness of any note you file
- Compliance with your professional obligations, including those set by your regulatory body
- Handling patient data in accordance with applicable data protection law in your jurisdiction
The fact that Mirage Lumen generated a draft does not reduce or transfer your clinical or legal responsibility for any note you file. You are the clinical author of every note you approve.
5. Patient data and on-device processing
Mirage Lumen is designed to process note generation locally on your device. Patient audio is not sent to Mirage Interactive servers for transcription during normal app use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app, including any optional storage or sync features you choose to enable, complies with applicable data protection law and your professional obligations regarding patient confidentiality.
6. Subscription and payment
Mirage Lumen is a paid subscription product. There is no free tier. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation conditions are set out at the point of purchase. [TBC: Add specifics when billing is finalised.]

- Create false or misleading clinical records
- File AI-generated content as a clinical note without reviewing it first
- Process data relating to individuals who are not your patients
